"Tiffany and team, especially Krista, have been amazing at helping us keep our State Farm condo building insurance! We’ve retained our reasonable insurance despite all the churn in the state, kept our low rates and no claim discounts, and Krista in particular has kept us in compliance despite payment hiccups on our end due to the churn with First Republic Bank and a bumpy transition to Chase. Glad we found them! Allstate was charging us nearly double."

"Update: even though I had to cancel my policy with State Farm because they no longer write policies for our area, the customer service has always been great. Krista L made it very seamless to process the transaction. I'd happily go back to State Farm with this office if/when their policy changes. I feel like picking a new insurance agent is generally a shot in the dark. I saw that Tiffany Won’s office had great reviews so I went for it. It turns out that I got really lucky! I had the fortune of getting paired with Steven D and it was a great experience from start to finish. Insurance shopping isn’t something you do for fun, but Steven made the whole experience incredibly seamless. He was responsive and exceptionally clear with all his communication—answering the many questions that I had with great detail and expertise. When I needed guidance, he provided sound advice without being pushy with the suggested coverage. To top things off, he was able to significantly reduce my yearly premiums. I’d highly recommend Steven for your insurance needs."

"(Third Review) Oops they’ve done it again. I was in a serious incident involving a homeless person who made contact with my vehicle. He further threatened me and vandalized my car. When I initially phoned State Farm and spoke to Krista, she immediately asked if I was all right. Then I provided a statement as to what exactly happened. Krista reassured me that I was covered and further connected me to the appropriate individuals to jump start the claim process. I met that same day with the police to file an incident report for the record in addition to getting an appointment at the body shop to assess damages. A week later she phoned again to ensure I was in the right space and if I needed anything else to close the loop in the matter. Finally a company that cares about your well being instead of looking at you as a dollar sign! Tiffany Won’s team gives stellar service and know their jobs very well!!! Thank you! (Second review) I am a very satisfied customer of State Farm. Most recent I was registering my vehicles at a local DMV office when the clerk told me my insurance company had not reported coverage recently obtained to the state of California. I immediately phone State Farm, spoke to a representative with T. Won who provided me copies the policy. The team is thorough, honest and have gotten back to me in an expeditious manner when I needed information which in these days and times is hard to find. Thank you for your services. You have a client for life!!! (First review) It is a pleasure doing business with Wesley. He was patient and very detailed even went above and beyond to ensure I understood the policy for my lifestyle.
