"I am an elder, and had received notice from my State Farm agency that my bank had declined my auto insurance payment. I was confused about this, as I had thought I was on auto pay. When I got the texted notice about the bank declining my payment, I was able to communicate my confusion to my State Farm office, and they explained that the card that I was using for payment was no longer valid. I realized then that I had taken out a new card, and that was why the old card was no longer valid. This office helped me re-establish my auto pay with my new card, simply by working with them on the phone, which was very helpful to me and took care of my problem immediately. I really appreciated their kindness and clear explanations of what had happened and what I needed to do. I'm very pleased with their service."

"I have been with Tiffany Won for over 10 years and state farm for around 30 years. Recently I thought I was going to have to cancel State Farm because my rates tripled. I contacted Tiffany and she was able to diagnose the problem and provide solutions so that I did not experience such an extreme increase. Throughout my 10 year history with her, she and her staff have been able to help with strange occurrences and quick quotes and I am grateful for each one. People are so quick to complain about problems and almost never give compliments... I decided to give her credit for her excellent service and say thank you publicly!"

"State Farm has been handling all of our insurance needs since we switched several years ago. The customer service is great. You can reach out to either Tiffany or Krista and they are alway glad to address or answer any concerns. Because State Farm is going some changes in California we had to reach out and make some adjustments in our policies. Tiffany and team are very responsive and take the time to explain things. While insurance coverage is very comparable, it’s the customer service that makes the difference."
