He was very welcoming and I asked for some quotes and he emailed them to me right away. Filling a claim is very simple do it right in your phone and get a response within 24 hours. "Tiffany-is-the-best. How's that for an insurance review opener? How often do you hear that about an agent? Tiffany and State Farm have carried multiple policies for me over the past decade including for both my car and my home. She’s always cheerful, always knowledgeable, and always provides top notch customer service. I would have happily typed a positive review and endorsement had I never even needed to file a claim. As it turned out though, last year I did. I suffered a plumbing accident on the second floor of my home and the damage was extensive. It required the replacement of wood flooring, carpeting, remediation services, and atop all that I was contending with the failing health of my cat. Tiffany went above and beyond. The situation was almost unfathomably stressful, and not only did she and State Farm come through on every front, she took the time to truly check in on me; not just the process of getting the home back in order.
